John Deere H165, H180, 300CX, 320R, 400X, & 440R Skid Steer Quick Attach Replacement Faceplate

If you have a John Deere tractor with a H165, H180, 300CX, 320R, 400X, or 440R front end loader and have trouble hooking up attachments, this is the kit for you.  It is an exact-fit replacement for Deere’s skid loader compatible quick attach system that isn’t one of their better designs.  It replaces the Deere H165, H180, 300CX, 320R, 400X, or 440R loader quick attach system and it replaces the old faceplate and will give you a lifetime of easy swapping of attachments.   Just drive out the 4 pins that hold Deere’s system on to the front end loader and mount the replacement…you’ll be amazed at how much better this system works than the original!  Once installed you’ll be able to effortlessly switch between front loader attachments and remove them if they’re in the way without having to line up the two sides.  This kit replaces the original set-up, which, putting it kindly, was not one of Deere’s better ideas because of the way the pins lock to the bucket and the lack of a link bar between the two sides.
